We are looking for highly-trained professionals to join our team of Home Health Aides. The ideal candidate for this job will have experience with caring for patients in a home environment and be capable of executing many essential daily tasks without assistance.

Experience with the elderly population is preferred, but not required. We offer competitive pay and full benefits for full time positions, so we are interested in hiring individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to the needs of their patients.

Responsibilities :

• Perform ROM exercises according to the Plan of Care
• Assist with transfers and ambulation
• Perform personal care activities including : bathing, dressing, shaving, oral care, skin care, brief changes, etc
• Household services including : Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, etc
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness
• Maintain patient's physical and emotional integrity while ensuring their overall health is maintained.
• Maintain an environment where the client feels safe and secure while providing a home-like atmosphere.
• Provide care and assistance to the patient in a calm, safe, and encouraging manner.
• Provide effective communication to ensure that the client's needs are met.

Qualifications :

As a Certified Nurse Assistant at We Care Home Health, you will provide care to clients in their home as prescribed by their Physician and under the supervision of our Director of Nursing.

Activities are limited to those in your scope of practice.

Job Requirements :

• Active CNA license for practice in the state of Colorado
• Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Able to lift and move patients as necessary
• Patient Advocate & Team Player
